So as me and some of the boys get ready to hit the gym over here at the Mansions Sport Facility Gym we were in some serious need for a new arm workout to get our rip on today. So what better way to get some instant tips, techniques and how too’s on big arm bicep workouts then from the good old tube. Now im not talk’n the tv im talking you tube sucka’s.
So as we all mixed up our pre workout smoothie’s with our heavily used low priced BlenTec blender we started to dig through the thousands of bigger arm video’s on youtube as they so graciously offer to us any time we need them. Now the only problem with the huge selection of video’s over there is that there is entirely way to much garbage you have to throw out before you get to the quality viedo’s that can really help you do what ever it is you do and in this case build bigger stronger biceps instantly.
So before i ramble on to much more, bascially an overview of most of these bicep curl videos is that you need to deligate an entire day just for your arms so that you can get the pump and deep tissue build that it takes to get yourself a BIG set of GUNS like Rich Piana, Kurt Bradley and Christian Guzman. You also need to stay with in 8-15 reps and minimal rest time to keep the pump and top build that deep tissue muscle. Another bodybuilder inside tip is to use something called fat grips which allow your grip to be much wider than your typical bar or dubmbell. They wrap around the existing bar so you can use them just about anywehre you go to workout. You can check out fat grips online here as they are very cheap adn a must for get bigger badder arms. Remember when working out hardcore like all of us over here at the world famous mansion be sure to replenish your amino’s and nutirents with some kind of recoup drink to help your budy and arms recover quickly so you can hit it hard the next day. Keep in mind if you want really big biceps you should increase the bicep workout more often throughtout the month and reduce one of your other muscles for the time being. this will for sure help you increase the mass on your arms and help you dicth them eleven teen inch arms you got now.
